We are seeking experienced General Laborers to support daily recycling and tire shredding operations. This hands-on position is ideal for individuals with at least 2 years of experience in labor-intensive environments such as recycling plants, construction, manufacturing, or related industries.
Load and unload scrap tires into shredding and sorting equipment
Operate basic machinery and tools under supervision
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
Follow all safety regulations and protocols
Assist technicians and supervisors as needed
Perform general duties such as lifting, stacking, moving materials, and cleaning
Report any issues with machinery or materials promptly
Minimum 2 years of general labor experience (preferably in recycling, construction, or manufacturing)
Physically fit: able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and work on your feet for extended periods
Basic understanding of workplace safety
Reliable transportation and punctuality
Must be authorized to work in the United States
Prior employment must be verifiable (e.g., references, previous employer contact info)
Forklift operation experience is a plus
Basic mechanical aptitude
OSHA safety certification (optional but preferred)
